How Take4K processes your personal data (art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, “GDPR”).

1. Controller

The controller is the operator of the Service, who can be contacted at info@take4k.com.

2. Data we process

Account: e-mail, name if you give it, password (stored only in hashed form), language, invite code.

Use of the Service: text (prompts), uploaded images, generated videos and images, credit, purchases and movements.

Payments: Stripe tells us the outcome, amount and identifiers of the transaction; card details stay with Stripe.

Technical data: IP address and browser at sign-in, security and operation logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Providing the Service and managing the account (performance of the contract, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); payments and tax and accounting duties (legal obligation, art. 6(1)(c)); security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).

No marketing, no profiling, no sale of data. We only use the technical session cookie needed to sign in.

4. Who receives the data

Providers of the generation models (for example fal.ai, MachGen and the models they make available) and, when enabled, Google Gemini for prompt checks: they receive text and images only to generate the result you asked for.

Stripe for payments; the hosting provider that runs the Service.

Some providers are based outside the European Union (for example in the United States): transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

5. Retention

Account: while it is active; after closure the data is deleted within 30 days.

Videos and images: until you delete them or they are deleted because your storage is full.

Payment data: as long as tax law requires (up to 10 years). Access log (date, account, IP address, browser): kept for account security and as evidence of access. Other technical logs: 90 days.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interest by writing to info@take4k.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the one of your country.

7. Minors

The Service is for adults only.
