Terms of service

Version 2026-10-01 · Privacy notice

These terms govern the use of Take4K (the “Service”). By creating an account or buying credit you accept them.

1. The Service

The Service generates videos and images with third-party artificial intelligence models, using prepaid credit in euro. The operator of the Service (the “Provider”) can be contacted at info@take4k.com.

2. Account

You need a personal account and must be of legal age. Give true information, keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens with your account.

3. Credit, plans and packs

Prices are in euro, final, and shown before every purchase and every generation.

Creating videos and images requires an active plan; packs top up the credit of a plan.

Credit is not money: it cannot be converted, transferred or refunded. It expires on the date shown in your panel (plan credit: end of the month unless it rolls over; packs and bonuses: on the date shown). Expired credit is lost.

You pay for a generation only if the video or image is delivered: if the model provider does not deliver it or refuses the request, you pay nothing.

4. Subscriptions

Plans renew automatically at the end of each period (month or year) with the same payment method until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your panel: the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, which is not refunded.

Moving to a higher plan is immediate: you pay the difference for the rest of the period now and receive, in proportion, the extra credit for the current month. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. The Provider neither sees nor stores card details. Credit is activated only once Stripe confirms the payment.

6. Final sales, no withdrawal

Credit is a digital service supplied right after payment. When buying, you expressly ask for immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 59(1)(a) and (o), Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005). The confirmation of this consent is recorded in the order, visible in your account.

All sales are therefore final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise (for example a wrong charge or a service not supplied).

7. Content and acceptable use

You are responsible for the text, images and references you upload: you must hold the rights and, for recognisable people, their consent.

You may not use the Service for illegal content; sexual content involving minors or real people without consent; deceptive fakes of real people; hate, harassment or graphic violence; infringement of copyright, trademarks or privacy. Model providers may refuse requests. The Provider may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refunding credit.

8. Results

Results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or differ from what you expected. A delivered result you do not like gives no right to a refund.

Within the model providers’ terms, you may use results for commercial purposes too; you check that they do not infringe third-party rights.

9. Personal storage

Each account has the storage shown in the panel. When it is full, the oldest videos and images are deleted automatically, except those in progress. The Service is not an archive: download what you want to keep.

10. Availability

The Service depends on third-party providers and is offered as is. There may be interruptions and changes of models or prices; the price confirmed for a generation does not change.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Provider’s liability is limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months. Wilful misconduct, gross negligence and consumers’ statutory rights are not affected.

12. Closing your account

You can ask to close your account at any time by writing to info@take4k.com. Remaining credit is not refunded.

13. Changes

The Provider may update these terms. The version in force and its date are shown on this page; changes apply to later purchases.

14. Governing law

Italian law applies. For consumers, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction.
