No. The studio works in the browser, on a computer, tablet or phone.

Usually a few minutes: it depends on the engine, the length and the resolution. You can close the page: the video waits for you in «Your creations».

It depends on the plan: 4 – 8 videos at the same time. The others start as soon as one is free.

Make it again with a better text or another engine, seeing the price first again. A delivered video is paid even if you do not like the result; one refused by the engine is not.

The studio is in Italian, English and Russian. Write scenes in your language; «Improve text» makes them clearer for the engine.

Yes: the studio works with a monthly or yearly plan that you can cancel any time. If the month's credit is not enough, add a pack. The price of each video is shown before you generate it.

It depends on engine, length, resolution and audio: the studio works it out and shows it before «Create». Credit is reserved when the video starts and charged only on delivery. If the engine refuses or does not deliver, it is available again.

Images, higher resolution (upscale), «Extend» and talking videos also show the exact price before they start.

Yes: credit is in euros, not tokens. Every price is final, and movements and expiry dates are always visible in your account.

If the engine does not deliver or refuses the request, the reserved credit comes back. You see it in your credit movements.

Yes: at the end of each period, month or year, with the same payment method, until you cancel.

Yes, from your account, at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, which is not refunded.

Yearly costs less than month by month: you pay once and still get the credit every month. The saving is shown on each plan on the pricing page.

Yes. Moving to a bigger plan is immediate: you pay only the difference for the rest of the period and get the month's extra credit in proportion. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the next renewal.

With Pro, Max and Creator, unused credit moves to the next month. With the other plans it expires at the end of the month.

Yes: plan credit at the end of the month, unless the plan rolls it over; top-up and bonus credit on the date shown. Every expiry date is always visible in your account, and expired credit is lost.

Extra credit for plan holders, paid once. Valid for 2 years.

No: credit is not money and sales are final, except where the law says otherwise (for example a wrong charge). Videos that are not delivered, on the other hand, are never paid.

By card, through Stripe. We neither see nor store card details; credit is activated as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.

Yes, with your invite link. When your friend signs up and uses the credit of their first purchase, you get €5 of credit (valid 31 days, up to 10 friends) and they get 50% more credit on that first purchase, up to €50.

From 1 to 30 seconds, depending on the engine: the studio offers only the lengths the chosen engine accepts.

Use «Extend»: write what happens next and the video continues from its last frame, as many times as you like.

360p, 480p, 720p, 768p, 1080p and 4K, depending on the engine. Any video can then be taken to Full HD or 4K with the upscale.

Landscape, portrait or square: 21:9, 2:1, 16:9, 3:2, 4:3, 1:1, 3:4, 2:3 and 9:16, depending on the engine. Portrait 9:16 is the one for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.

Yes, with the engines that make it: you switch sound on or off before creating and the price updates.

Yes, or leave «Automatic»: the studio picks the best-priced engine for your request, or the best for quality if you ask.

Yes: upload photos of your characters, give each a name and call them in the text with @. The engine keeps them consistent from one video to the next.

Yes: every video downloads from its page and can be shared with a link. Your account's storage is limited: download what you want to keep.

It depends on the plan: 1 GB – 10 GB. When it is full, the oldest videos and images are deleted automatically, never the ones in progress.

No. Write as you speak; «Improve text» adds what the engine needs and you can edit it before generating.

Yes: upload a recording of 1 to 60 seconds in a common audio format. The studio measures its length and shows the price.

Yes. The high-resolution video is a new creation; the original does not change.

Yes, for commercial purposes too, within the engine providers' terms. You check that the result does not infringe other people's rights, for example a trademark or a recognisable person.

Only if you hold the rights and, for recognisable people, have their consent. You are responsible for the text and images you upload.

Illegal content; sexual content involving minors or real people without consent; deceptive fakes of real people; hate, harassment or graphic violence; infringement of copyright, trademarks or privacy. Accounts that break these rules may be closed.

The engine providers check text and images and may refuse a request. Then you pay nothing: rephrase the text or try another engine.

On the sign-in page choose «Forgot your password?»: you get an e-mail link to choose a new one.

We send them to the engine providers only to create the result you asked for. No marketing, no profiling, no sale of data. Some providers are outside the European Union, with the safeguards the GDPR requires.
